Once the order request has been received, Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to confirm the availability of the purchased items, as well as to verify the validity of the credit card transaction and the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on Rossisrl.it.

In the event that the ordered items are not available, or for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, Calzaturificio ROSSI will immediately send a communication to the Customer.

How to buy

You can find and select the products you wish to purchase by browsing through the different product groups, selecting the season and/or the type of product (e.g. shoes, ankle boots, ankle boots, belts, etc.) or by using the “Search” field which is also sensitive to size and colour.

Once you have identified the item you wish to purchase, you must always select a size in order to proceed with the purchase.

To purchase products on the Rossisrl.it website, you must be registered. The procedure for registering on the Website requires the completion of an electronic form, the fields of which must be filled in with the Customer's personal data and email address. Such data will be processed in accordance with current privacy protection legislation. Following registration, the Customer will be the owner of a personal account which he/she can access through a strictly confidential username and password.

The assignment of these credentials guarantees the Customer an anonymous identification. The Customer will be responsible for not disclosing his/her password to third parties for any reason.

The Customer will be held responsible for any irregular actions and behaviors and in conflict with the regulations in force or with these General Conditions committed by anyone using the personal account on his behalf. The Customer is required to promptly report to Calzaturificio Rossi Srl any theft, loss or misplacement of the password, as well as any incorrect use by third parties of the account or its password of which he has become aware.

To complete a purchase on the Site, the customer must complete and send the purchase order form in electronic format to Calzaturificio ROSSI, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must place the product in the appropriate "shopping bag" and, after having viewed and accepted the contribution for delivery costs, as well as the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the conditions on the right of withdrawal, must select the desired type of payment and choose the "send order" option.

Calzaturificio ROSSI will send the Customer, via email, a confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer.

Price

The prices of the Products on the Rossisrl.it Site are expressed in € (Euro) including VAT.

Calzaturificio ROSSI constantly verifies that all prices indicated on the Site are correct, without however guaranteeing the absence of errors. In the event that an error is found in the price of a product, Calzaturificio ROSSI will give the Customer the possibility of reconfirming the purchase of the Products at the correct price or cancelling it.

Taxes and duties:

Calzaturificio ROSSI ships with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula in EC countries, therefore in these destinations the goods will arrive directly to the indicated place without having to pay anything other than the amount paid at the time of the order.

For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, so the courier may present you with a separate invoice requesting payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities.

Promotions

Il Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to create special conditions of sale or promotions on the Products present on its site. The conditions applied to the promotions will be regulated from time to time by Il Calzaturificio ROSSI through specific communications to its Customers. Unless otherwise regulated, these General Conditions will be considered applicable.
