Payment Methods

Calzaturificio ROSSI accepts the following forms of payment: credit card and Paypal payment.

Credit card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by Banca Sella.

Safety

Maximum security is guaranteed on purchases since all transactions are managed by Banca Sella.

Calzaturificio ROSSI suggests, however, to join the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make your purchases in complete safety.

The Customer Service operators of Calzaturificio ROSSI are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or card expiry dates.

Charge

If the funds on the card are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, Banca Sella will immediately send confirmation of the debit: the Customer will receive an email with a transaction confirmation code.

New customer

We would like to remind our new customers that Calzaturificio ROSSI requires Banca Sella to contact the counterparty bank to verify the transaction, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to request that new Customers ship the goods to the billing address of the same.

Payment: Paypal

The Customer can pay using his verified Paypal account. If the Paypal payments are found to come from unverified accounts they will be cancelled.

Calzaturificio ROSSI ships the goods only and exclusively to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

It is also specified that, regardless of the payment method selected, the products ordered will remain the property of Calzaturificio ROSSI until the relative price has been fully collected.

Access and transaction security

To ensure simple and safe shopping, Calzaturificio ROSSI uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for transactions. This technology encrypts and protects the data you send us over the Internet. If the SSL protocol is activated, a padlock will appear at the top of your browser and by clicking on it you will obtain information on the registration of the SSL digital certificate.

You will also notice that at the top of your browser the URL will start with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This ensures that you are in a secure environment.

Cash on delivery - Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery allows you to make the payment directly to the owner who delivers the package and have the convenience of not having to advance the money before receiving the products at home.

The buyer who completes the online purchase with cash on delivery payment method is required to communicate via email (outlet@rossisrl.it ) or fax (plus390734891701) any total and/or partial order cancellation, exclusively before the product is shipped. If the communication is not made or is made after the product has left, the buyer undertakes to bear, at his/her own expense, the transport costs, both outward and return, and any storage costs incurred by the company.

Payment can only be made in cash with a maximum of €2,999.00 and provides for an increase of €6.00.
When the goods are shipped, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the shipment of the product and it will be our discretion to ask for a deposit to be paid before proceeding with the ordering of the goods.

Bank transfer

Payments take approximately 2 working days to be credited, which may vary depending on the banking circuits.
Shipping times always start from the actual crediting of the bank transfer.

Order Changes

It is not possible to request changes to orders that have already been processed. Additional orders placed will be processed and shipped separately.

Order evasion

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm: orders sent before 11am are shipped the following working day, those sent after 11am will be shipped within 2 working days thereafter.
